2. Membership Program
•Eligibility: Customers who make a single purchase or accumulate purchases of HK$4,800 or more within three months will be invited to become a member.
•Validity Period: Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
•Renewal Condition: Membership can be automatically renewed for another year if the member accumulates HK$2,400 or more in purchases during the current membership period.
•Member Benefits: Members enjoy an 88% discount (12% off) on all regular items (excluding special display items and designated products). The discount will apply from the next purchase after membership activation.
3. Orders and Payment
•Pricing: All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$). The final price is confirmed at checkout.
•Payment Methods: We accept designated credit cards and e-wallets. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment platforms.
•Order Confirmation: Upon submission, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. However, this does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order (for example, due to stock unavailability or pricing errors).
4. Production Timeline
•Handcrafted Production: All items are meticulously handmade by our artisans. The production period is approximately 14 to 21 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
•Delays: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as material shortages), we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that we do not accept order cancellations due to the production timeline.
Warm Reminder: If you need your order delivered by a specific date (e.g., for festive gifting), we recommend contacting our customer service team in advance to check the current production schedule.
5. Shipping Policy
•Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan: Free shipping on orders over HK$1,500; standard shipping fees apply for orders below HK$1,500 (displayed at checkout).
•International Shipping: A flat shipping fee of HK$300 applies.
•Delivery Time: Delivery time after production varies by region. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
•Policy: Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
•Inspection Period: Please inspect the item within 72 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
•Procedure:
•Contact us via email or Instagram with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
•After assessment, if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange an exchange.
•Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. However, if the defect is verified as manufacturing-related, we will refund or cover the related shipping fees.
7. Alteration & Custom Services
•Alteration Services:
•Single area adjustment: HK$200
•Multiple areas adjustment (up to three areas): HK$500
•Button replacement: HK$20 per button
•Length adjustment: Free for the first time
•Private Custom Orders: Priced individually. Please contact us for a quotation and consultation.
8. Repair Services
•Free repair for buttons or metal accessories is available within 14 days of receipt.
•Customers are responsible for shipping costs, or you may schedule an appointment to visit our studio in Kwun Tong.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYZYGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website with the effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
